Pretty is an Impediment


Pretty is an impediment... an adjective to describe superficial traits of me. Yes, it has the power to open doors, make dinner plans and get free drinks. Ironically pretty also has the power to limit the complexity of the assumptions one makes upon gathering evidence for their first impression of me. Pretty limits how people initially perceive me; it's as if I only have the capacity to look cute! I HATE being defined as just pretty... I'm way more dope than that!!
